We are currently searching for an experienced Director of ED Services. The Director ED Services is accountable for ensuring consistent quality outcomes, continuous quality improvement and proactive financial management for the Emergency Department, Transport Program and Trauma Program. A BSN is required, Master's degree preferred; Minimum of 5-7 years of management experience required, preferably with 1-2 years financial management exposure. Experience leading redesign and performance improvement activities within a multi-system setting required as well as experience regarding patient flow throughout a health care setting.
